Make sure the following materials are available when you use VidoGen

• Computers or VPS with Windows operating systems (configuration at least Core i5, 8GB RAM). The stronger your PC is, the more videos you can create concurrently.
• Accounts at OpenAI (platform.openai.com) or Gemini (aistudio.google.com), and Google Cloud (console.cloud.google.com).
• Complete Payment Information Verification for your account at Google Cloud (console.cloud.google.com).

Then, you will see Select Start Menu Folder dialog box => click Next if you want to set up as default. Otherwise, you click on Browse to choose the start menu fiolder as you wish.

B. TUTORIAL ON HOW TO USE VIDEOGEN – BULK AI VIDEO GENERATOR

B1. Key

Click on Key tab

• If you have your own prompt, you only need to import Gemini key to generate videos.
• If you choose AI Generate to create prompts. (refer to B3.2. AI Generate section), you need to enter both OpenAI and Gemini keys. 

Instructions on how to create and import Gemeni key

First, you visit https://aistudio.google.com/api-keys => click Create API key 

Next, you enter the name and choose the project in the corresponding sections => click Create key

Then, you select Gemini on VideoGen tool => copy the generated key to paste it into Keys section => click Add

Instructions on how to create and import OpenAI key

First, you visit https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys => click Create new secret key 

Next, you enter the key name => click Create secret key

Then, you select OpenAI on VideoGen tool => copy the generated key to paste it into Keys section => click Add

B2. Settings

At Max concurrent threads section, you enter the number of video scenes you want our VideoGen tool to create simultaneously.

For example, if you enter 5 into Max concurrent threads section, our bulk AI video creator will create 5 video scenes at the same time.

B2.2. Video Output Folder

Video output folder section presents the folder path where our AI video creator tool will save generated videos. You can leave it as the default if you do not want to change the output folder.

If you want to use another folder, please click Browse => choose the folder where you want to save the generated videos => click Select Folder

Finally, you click Apply button.

B3. Scenes – Prompts

First, you click Scenes tab => click New Scene tab to import or generate prompts => you will see Scene Wizard dialog box => you can select 1 of 2 choices: Manual or AI Generate

B3.1. Manual

If you want to manually import a prompt for our video AI tool to create a scene, you click Manual tab on Scene Wizard dialog box

Next, you enter the title of the scene you want to create into Title section

Then, at Mode section, you choose text_to_video or image_to_video. 

• If you choose text_to_video, our bulk AI video generator will create a scene based on the prompt you imported.
• If you choose image_to_video, our bulk AI video generator will create a scene based on the prompt you imported and the image you uploaded to Scene dashboard (instructions at the end of this B3.1.Manual section).

Next, you enter the description of the scene you want to create into Prompt section. 

Then, at Negative section, you enter the content that you DO NOT want to include in the scene. You can leave this section blank if you want. 

Next, at Aspect ratio section, you choose 16:9 or 9:16

• 16:9 = Widescreen (horizontal)
• 9:16 = Vertical / Portrait (used for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Stories)

Then, at Duration section, you choose the length of the scene you want to create: 4, 6, or 8 seconds.

Next at Resolution section, you choose 720p or 1080p

Then, at Person Generation section, you choose one of the available options:

• Default: our AI video tool will create the scene with people as the default
• Allow all: our AI bulk video tool will create the scene with people of any age
• Allow adult: our VidoGen bot will create a scene with adults only (no babies, no children)
• Don’t allow: our AI video software will create a scene without people. 

Next, at Max retries section, you enter the number of times you want VideoGen bot to retry if the first scene generation fails.

Note: you should keep this section set to 2 for stable video processing. 

Finally, you click Ok

Instructions on how to upload image to Scene dashboard in case you choose Image_to_video at Mode section

After importing scene information, on Scene dashboard, if you choose image_to_video at Mode section, you click Browse button in Media column => click => choose the image you want to use => click Open => click Save.

B3.2. AI Generate

To create prompts automatically, you click AI Generate tab on Scene Wizard dialog box 

B3.2.1. Media Analysis

Our VideoGen bot can analyze a reference image to generate prompts for users. To use this feature, you click Browse button => choose the image you want our bot to analyze => click Open (you can import multiple images)

Next, at Image analysis mode section, you choose one of two options:

• Use one image to analyze everything: our AI video generator analyzes the first image you uploaded.
• Analyze each image separately (subject, background, outfit, event, etc.): our VideoGen software analyzes each image you uploaded.

Then, you choose one of the available analysis levels: Light influence (use image as hints), Balanced influence (mix images text), or Strong influence (follow images closely).

Note: if you do not choose any level, image analysis will not be applied to scenes. 

Finally, you click Analyze media button. Our VidoGen software will analyze the imported image and present the result in Analysis Result box. You can edit the result if you want.

If you do not want to analyze any image, you can pass Media Analysis section.

B3.2.2. Scene Generation

To generate prompts automatically, you need to set up the available sections in Scene Generation

First, at Mode section, you select text_to_video or image_to_video. 

• If you choose text_to_video, our bulk AI video generator will create scenes based on the generated prompts.
• If you choose image_to_video, our bulk AI video generator will create scenes based on the generated prompts and the images you uploaded to Scene dashboard (instructions at the end of B3.1.Manual section).

Then, at Transition section, you choose one of three options to transit each scene:

• None: do not use transition when moving to the next scene
• Cut to next: cut the current scene to move to the next scene
• Extended current scene: extend the current scene, then move to the next scene

Next, you enter the description of the video you want to create into Topic box. Our AI video tool will generate prompts for scenes based on this video description.

Then, in Negative Prompts box, you enter the content you DO NOT want to include in all scenes 

Next, at Aspect ratio section, you choose 16:9 or 9:16

Next, at AI Modal section, you choose the AI model you want to use

After that, you click Generate Scene button, the generated scenes will be presented in Scene Preview box

Next, you click on each sense to read the generated prompts in Prompt for selected scene box, you can edit the prompt if you want. 

After reviewing all generated prompts, you click Ok => the generated prompts will be linked and presented on Scene dashboard automatically. 

B4. Generate Videos – Merge Videos – Bulk AI Video Generator

B4.1. Generate Scenes

After importing or generating prompts, on Scene dashboard, you choose the scene you want to use to generate scenes => click Generate Scene button => wait for the scene-generating process.

After creating scenes as your prompts, our bulk AI video generator will note generated in Status column.

You click on Open Output to watch the generated videos. Then, you can click Reveal Folder to open the folder that saves the generated videos.

To fix the scenes that are noted Failed in Status column, you choose (tick) the failed scene => click Action => choose Reset Selected

B4.2. Merge Scenes for Long Video Generation

First, you choose scenes that you want to merge => click Action => choose Merge Selected 

Next, Merge videos – Oder – VideoGen dialog box will appear => you drag and drop scene titles in the order you want => click OK

Then, Save merged video dialog box will display, at File name section, you enter the name for the video that will be created (by merging selected scenes) => click Save

After that, you click on Media Library tab => click on the image in Thumbnail column to watch the merged video

Next, you click on button in Path column to open the folder that saves the merged video.
